USAGE AREAS:

The Rampart Oil Hot Forging 4000 S is a graphite-free water-based forging fluid developed for use in hot forging presses.

Specifications: The Rampart Oil Hot Forging 4000 S is readily soluble in water and forms a white colored powdery layer when sprayed onto forging die internal surfaces. This layer offers superior mold release and lubrication properties compared to other materials containing graphite. It is also very easy to clean, unlike graphite and other mold release agents.

APPLICATION: The Rampart Oil Hot Forging 4000 S can be used in both automatic and manual spray systems. It is applied by diluting %3-12 with water.
